Healthy Heart Institute Request forms can now be completed automatically in the following EMR's:

• HealthQuest (by MicroQuest) EMR
• Telus MedAccess
• Telus Wolfe EMR

Telus MedAccess EMR - Instructions:
Step 1: Create a new task. Under Category, select 'Investigation'. Click the Template button. Type 'Healthy' into the search field (without quotation marks) - the Healthy Heart Request form should appear (this can be added to your clinic favorites).
Step 2: Form is automatically populated. Fill in remaining fields and send to staff for booking.
